Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and smartly designed for couples with amazing views of Milan, but there were some issues with the flooring that made it difficult to walk without slippers. Despite this, the cost of £1500 seemed quite high. The service was top-notch with attentive and welcoming staff who took care of all my needs. The location was in a quieter residential area, a short walk from the touristy spots, but it was hard to say if the extra facilities justified the price level. The dining experience was a bit of a rip-off with high prices for basic options. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The friendly staff and great location near the fashion district and main attractions were highlights. However, the dining options were a bit expensive and limited. The quiet and comfortable rooms with a small balcony ensured a relaxing stay.
I can confidently say that the rooms in this hotel are some of the best I have stayed in all of Europe. They were incredibly clean and beautiful, always available with any information and quiet with large bathrooms. The service was outstanding with their knowledge and recommendations; they quickly corrected everything and were friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic within easy reach of most of the city center, a more residential area but just a short walk from the famed shopping and touristy areas. Unfortunately, the dining experience was quite expensive, taking forever to get a cup of coffee or anything else. Overall, a great stay with amazing beds, attentive professional staff, and a great location.
